David Gallegos, Associate Director
David’s parents were both originally from northern New Mexico and although he was born and raised in Colorado, New Mexico has always felt like home! His goal is to perfect homemade tortillas.
David has over ten years of non-profit leadership experience in the public health sector, arts and social justice as well as youth education. Human resources experience includes the publishing industry and government agency work (Boulder County).
He is passionate about nature and being outdoors, gardening, cycling and swimming. David is inspired by Rocky Mountain Youth Corps mission – “helping youth and young adults find a pathway to their personal and professional goals”.
