Angelique was born in Taos, New Mexico, and raised off green chile. Taos is where her heart is and she, like many generations before her, has the honor to call the foothills where the Rocky Mountains begin home. She is a graduate of UNM-Taos, a tightly knit community where everyone is a lobo, and where hometown pride is strong. Angelique was a Corpsmember of Rocky Mountain Youth Corps After School Program. It was through this she found her passion for RMYC’s mission and making a difference in the community. According to Angelique, her hero is Betty White, and she would enjoy grabbing a cup of coffee with her. When not at the Corps, Angelique can be found playing outside either fishing, hiking, sunset chasing or behind a camera capturing Northern New Mexico’s beauty.
