The RMYC Field Crews provide community beautification, preservation, and environmental enhancement projects. The Corps members learn about natural resource management and conscientious respect for the environment.
Our full time crews work all throughout Taos County. During the summer, we extend our services to the outlying communities by hiring local crews in such locations as Tierra Amarilla, Wagon Mound, and Cimarron.
Recent field projects include:

- Playground installation at MolyCorp Field in Queta
