Ben Thomas joins The Corps Network’s Corps Council

Rocky Mountain Youth Corps is proud to announce that Ben Thomas, RMYC Field Program Director has been appointed to the twelve member Corps Council of The Corps Network. The Corps Network is the national association of service and conservation corps, and an effective advocate to sustain and grow the Corps movement. The Corps Network’s 150 member organizations operate in 46 states and the District of Columbia. Over 33,000 Corps

members, ages 16-25, annually mobilize approximately 265,000 community volunteers who in conjunction with Corpsmembers generate 15.3 million hours of service every year. TCN’s Corps Council represents all member organizations to the Board of Directors Ben started at RMYC as a corpsmembers in 2005. He has held numerous positions within the Corps. Serving as the Field Program Director, Ben is responsible for over 12 field crews, multiple state and federal projects and numerous community service projects.
